Mr. Molloy is involved in the failure analysis and condition assessment of a wide range of components including combustion turbine units, pressure vessels and piping, boilers and auxiliaries, heat exchangers and rotating equipment. Failure analysis examinations include development of laboratory testing programs for parts received, supervision of laboratory work, interpretation of laboratory results, and issuance of written and/or oral reports.

Mr. Molloy has experience with the engine-run coating and casting evaluations on the hot section turbine blades and vanes from GE, Siemens, Westinghouse, Alstom, and Mitsubishi. He has also written and implemented standard work practices and facilitated laboratory ramp-up for hot section blade and vane evaluation.

Mr. Molloy has authored several technical papers on ultra pure water control in semiconductor fabrication.

He has worked for Goodrich Turbine Components Services, Motorola, Sematech, and several science and technology centers.
